I’m very grateful for the support I received from Trantolo & Trantolo, especially from Eric Hoffman and Lucas DeRisi. After previously working with Carter Mario, I experienced a noticeable difference in how supported and cared for I felt. With Carter Mario, I often had to take initiative on my own, including following up on the police report, and eventually they dropped my case due to delays. From day one, Eric and Lucas were professional, respectful, and kind. The Bridgeport office was welcoming, they offered me beverages during visits, and I appreciated that they gave me a case folder and a pain journal to help me stay organized. Worked with Chloe in the intake center - can not recommend enough. This firm couldn't take my case, but they did refer me to someone who could. When we finished our intake, she told me that due to the deadline being 3 weeks away I would hear back within 2 hours on whether the attorney could take my case. She ended up referring me to a specific attorney they were familiar with, they sent him my file and I had a call from him an hour later. She was smart and kind, but not afraid to say when she didn't know something and asked all the right questions. If you're like me and can't find someone and you're out of hope - call these people.
